- Aero flaps steer the way Starship’s do: out, each one rests swept back and folds in or out to take drag off or put it on its end of the ship, and you can watch them work through a belly flop. They used to turn the ship with an invisible push.
- An automation’s height above the ground is measured from the lowest point of the craft, not from its command pod. On a tall ship the pod rides tens of metres above the engines, so a landing script flared with its engines already on the ground.
- The Belly flop sample steers its landing burn against the sideways slide the flip leaves behind, instead of carrying it all the way down.
